Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our Salesforce-based clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

    • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Product Knowledge & Presentation

    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services.

    • Present product features, benefits, and ROI to potential clients through effective presentations and demonstrations.

    • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce updates and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.

    • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.

  • Reporting & Forecasting

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.


Qualifications

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)

  • Experience

    • Proven track record of 5 years in sales, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem or SaaS industry.

    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Skills

    • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, services, and CRM best practices.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.

    • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

  • Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry.
