Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes, and optimizing system performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
System Configuration and Customization:
Configure ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Customize ERP systems through coding or third-party tools as needed.
Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
Data Migration and Integration:
Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Integrate ERP systems with other business applications and third-party software.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and best practices to recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with IT and business units to implement process optimizations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
Experience:
years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably within manufacturing.
Proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects from start to finish.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and process optimization.
Skills:
Strong understanding of ERP systems architecture and functionality.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience with specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
